Yaya Wella called me at work Monday (june 4) morning, crying. She just learned that her father passed away. This meant she had go home to her province. This meant Manu will be nanny-less for two weeks. This meant I had to take a leave of absence and be my baby’s nanny in the next few days. Stress!!! I’m not saying I don’t want to take care of my kid. I love him more than anything. You see, this will be the first time that Manu will be nanny-less in 15 months. I had been dependent on Yaya Wella to take good care of my baby all this time. She’d done great. More than that, she loves Manu, and Manu adores her too. I’m sure Manu can’t wait for her to be back. I can’t too 🙂

Being nanny-less also meant missing my hi-lo classes. Well, maybe I could retain my Saturday schedule since I could leave Manu with Gats in the morning. Tataba na naman ako nito…

It was Gats’ first day of work at his new job last Monday. Nakakapanibago daw kasi wala pa siyang masyadong ginagawa, unlike his previous work wherein he was handling three projects at a time. I’m crossing my fingers that his schedule be always like this so we could have more after-work time together.
